Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs via secure teletherapy sessions using our integrated software platform.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation with minimal paperwork, allowing for more time dedicated to client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals facing low to moderate acuity mental health challenges. All clients will be pre-screened to ensure that they are stable enough to benefit from your therapeutic interventions. You will have the opportunity to choose demographics that align with your expertise, thus enabling you to provide the highest quality of care while building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and active license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions on record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As part of our team, you will earn an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition to competitive salary offerings, you will also receive a significant sign-on bonus for taking your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
