Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients entering our hospice program, ensuring that individual mental health needs are identified.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual psychotherapy sessions, when applicable, to address grief, loss, and adjustment issues.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with standards set by regulatory bodies and your clinical team.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to foster high-quality, coordinated care.

• Guide and educate patients and their families about mental health resources and strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
