Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and supportive resources.

• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and updating these plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning when faced with acute situations.

• Maintain organized and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, providing immediate financial support as you embark on your new role.
