Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing life-limiting illnesses requiring palliative care. Many of these individuals may experience a range of complex emotions including grief, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with experience in hospice or palliative care.
