Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide essential psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and mental health conditions, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress and enhance coping strategies.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.

• Collaborating with an interprofessional team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care and optimize treatment efficacy for each patient.

• Engaging in regular case conferences and peer supervision sessions to continually improve service delivery and share insights from clinical experiences.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and self-care strategies to promote their ongoing wellness.

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
