Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in our clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality in patient care.

• Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide integrated and effective care to each patient.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to stay aligned on best practices and foster continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Offering education and guidance to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
