Work Environment\n

This role will be performed remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment with a dedicated team. While your primary interactions will occur through virtual platforms, you will also engage with school-based personnel and families to ensure that every child's developmental needs are met. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual needs and create tailored service plans.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with families and team members.

• Monitor child outcomes as a key member of the intervention team, ensuring the goals set in IFSPs are met effectively.
\n
• Provide essential emotional and practical support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources for their child's development.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices within natural learning environments, promoting the integration of developmental strategies into everyday routines.
\n
• Administer assessments and develop rapport with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a conducive and supportive learning atmosphere.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, upholding the highest standards of service delivery.
\n
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately, ensuring traceability and accountability in service provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. You will work hand-in-hand with families, enhancing their understanding of child development while empowering them to engage actively in their child's learning journey. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is required.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential in-person meetings or assessments as required.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention or a related setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
