Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the specific needs of each child in alignment with best practices.

• Actively participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development process, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to establish tailored intervention strategies.

• Monitor and assess outcomes as an integral member of the team, ensuring that services align with the established goals for each child.
\n
• Provide direct Early Intervention (EI) support to families, equipping them with resources and tools to facilitate their child’s development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, demonstrating a commitment to ethical and effective practice.

• Develop rapport and effective communication with children and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment conducive to learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with infants and toddlers who require early intervention due to developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique challenges and leveraging culturally competent approaches to deliver services effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential community outreach efforts, when necessary.
\n
• A strong understanding of and adaptability to various learning styles that meet the individual needs of children.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working with early intervention programs tailored to children with disabilities.

• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring that interventions are integrated within the natural setting of the child’s life.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
