Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing clinical care to patients in hospice settings, who are often dealing with end-of-life issues, grief, and family dynamics related to terminal diagnoses. You'll work closely with individuals facing chronic or terminal illnesses, as well as their families, to facilitate coping and emotional resilience during this critical phase of their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, emphasizing your advanced understanding of social work principles.
