This position is uniquely suited for professionals who prefer a flexible work setting. You will operate from the comfort of your home while interacting with clients through virtual platforms that ensure accessibility and confidentiality. Our remote model encourages a collaborative approach among our team members, who regularly coordinate care to optimize patient outcomes. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible routine.

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individual clients and groups, utilizing video conferencing tools and telehealth platforms to enhance accessibility.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices that align with the client's specific needs and circumstances.

  • Engage in ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, and other therapists to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential case documentation in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies, fostering transparency and accountability.

  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and innovative therapeutic techniques, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting clients receiving hospice care, including individuals facing terminal illness and their families. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support that helps clients understand and cope with their emotional and psychological challenges, thereby enhancing their quality of life during a critical period. Your expertise will facilitate discussions around grief, loss, and end-of-life issues, providing both the clients and their families with the tools necessary for emotional healing.

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical practice in a related setting.

  • A proven track record of providing culturally responsive, ethical, and inclusive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
