Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources to develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaboratively develop and execute personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, ensuring they align with the clients' needs and goals.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coherent and coordinated care among psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and devise safety plans to assist clients in acute distress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, fostering community engagement and connection among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
