Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic practices through virtual sessions, primarily leveraging approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Engage with clients who may be dealing with complex life issues, including grief counseling in a hospice setting, and adapt therapeutic techniques to meet their specific needs.

• Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) system to document client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.

• Manage a caseload of at least 25 clients effectively while adhering to best practices for therapy and documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is mandatory for practice.

• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience is required, preferably post-licensure.

• Proficient understanding and experience in delivering CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Previous experience working with clients aged 18 and older.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually.
