Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to gain insight into clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment goals.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and narrative therapy.

• Collaborating with clients to develop customized treatment plans and regularly monitoring progress to ensure effectiveness and relevance.

• Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality while adhering to ethical norms and legal requirements, reinforcing trust in the therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse array of individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and trauma, among other issues. Each therapy session will be personalized, targeting the specific needs and goals of your clients, ensuring that they feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
