Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management for assigned clients presenting with severe emotional and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement individualized care plans focused on client empowerment and choice while ensuring access to necessary linked services.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings, facilitate both brief and detailed assessments, and adjust treatment approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progression, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with ethical standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to overall service delivery improvements.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and available resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with clinical methodologies and trends in mental health treatment.

• Assume on-call responsibilities as assigned to provide crisis support and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
