Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health statuses, uncovering individual strengths and areas for growth.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and nurses—to ensure cohesive treatment delivery and address patient needs effectively.

• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, ensuring they are empowered to make informed choices regarding their mental health.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing established modalities, fostering a supportive environment for healing and personal growth.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in partnership with patients and the treatment team, integrating patient goals and preferences.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience, along with potential sign-on bonuses.
