Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients, identifying their strengths and resources effectively.

• Create personalized treatment plans that define clear goals and interventions aligned with each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team, consisting of psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care solutions.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support client stability.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups to foster community and shared healing.

As a licensed professional within our Hospice Center, the LCSW will engage with a diverse client population that may include individuals experiencing severe mental health issues, end-of-life concerns, trauma, and other emotional crises. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
