Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that establish clear goals and effective interventions for each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
