Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, considering their personal histories, current challenges, and potential risks.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students’ mental health concerns and support their emotional development.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care techniques.

• Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing personal growth and coping strategies among students.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other mental health professionals to provide a holistic approach to student care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and provide urgent support during high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the community who face a range of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties related to academic pressures. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally in educational or mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
