Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and family.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address identified goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to design individualized treatment strategies that enhance child development.

• Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing them with resources, insights, and coping strategies to support their child's development.

• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of strategies implemented, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Build meaningful relationships with families and team members to foster an inclusive learning environment.

• Stay compliant with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding early intervention services.

• Champion the use of Natural Learning Environment Principles and coach families and caregivers in effective approaches to support their children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers facing challenges due to disabilities or delays, addressing their unique developmental needs. Interaction with families is a crucial element of the position, providing support to caregivers who play a vital role in their child’s growth journey. The LCSW will facilitate connections between families and community resources, enhancing overall support systems for children.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW licensure as recognized by the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services, we offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
