Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health needs, including history-taking and symptom evaluation to create individualized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and ensures client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide integrated care for clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions with patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and tools to manage mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona, with no active disciplinary issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and expertise, this position offers a competitive salary ranging between $52,000 and $70,000 annually , commensurate with your experience.
