Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical services, conducting assessments, therapeutic intervention, and crisis management with a focus on clients experiencing severe mental illness.

• Engage with clients virtually to develop integrated care plans that ensure access to necessary services and facilitate information exchange among patients, families, and providers.

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate more comprehensive assessments as appropriate, ensuring evidence-based practices are adhered to.

• Maintain a comprehensive caseload, managing therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, and focusing on client-driven goals.

• Monitor and manage client progress, including admissions, evaluations, and discharges, ensuring compliance with program criteria.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions aimed at service improvements and quality assurance.

• Maintain documentation, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to ethical standards as outlined by professional guidelines.

• Assist with crisis interventions as needed, being available for on-call support during and after program hours.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
