Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will encompass the delivery of high-quality psychotherapy services aimed at individuals experiencing various mental health conditions. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, including session notes, treatment updates, and discharge summaries.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to refine therapeutic practices and enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Providing essential education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options available, as well as external community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Illinois.
