Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental health and overall well-being of our patients. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other contemporary evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that meets HIPAA standards, ensuring that patient privacy and confidentiality are upheld.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated and effective care for patients and their families.

• Facilitating educational sessions and support groups to empower patients and families with the knowledge necessary to navigate mental health challenges effectively.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to refine therapeutic approaches and enhance the overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population consists of individuals receiving hospice care, often experiencing complex emotional and psychiatric challenges related to their health conditions. As an LCSW, your role will involve working closely with patients facing terminal illnesses, their families, and significant others to provide emotional support, education about mental health issues, and assistance accessing community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and valid LCSW license in California.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, primarily focusing on psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
