Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and co-create individualized treatment plans that may incorporate individual therapy, group therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to encourage positive change by addressing dependencies and fostering resilience among participants.

• Develop achievable treatment goals with clients consistent with ethical and legal standards while adapting strategies based on their personal progress.

• Conduct regular audits of client files and maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in collaboration with the clinical director.

The clients you will serve at The Forge Recovery Center primarily include individuals grappling with mental health disorders alongside substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in social work, preferably in settings focused on substance use or mental health care.

• Proven direct clinical experience with a sound understanding of case management and therapeutic practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by good computer proficiency necessary for maintaining records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
