Work Environment\n

This full-time position is remote, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a Hospice Center setting. We value work-life balance, allowing you to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during our operational hours of Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM. You will be an integral part of a supportive team dedicated to providing empathetic care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with clients, gathering critical social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate coping strategies and therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain a robust caseload, ensuring timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with established protocols.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by identifying the needs and concerns of clients, correlating them with appropriate resources and supports.

• Provide short-term crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals to community-based resources to support holistic care.
\n
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment provided, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize client success.

• Foster a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual respect and trust, promoting a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training and workshops to enhance therapeutic knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele including individuals coping with trauma, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and family or relationship challenges. Our patient population ranges from adolescents to adults, each with unique life experiences and mental health concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering compassionate and effective care tailored to the distinctive needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

• A minimum of 4 years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality clinical counseling to clients facing various mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with clients in crisis situations, particularly in hospice or end-of-life care.

• Background in treating mood disorders, substance dependencies, grief and loss interventions, and providing family and couple counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
