Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Prosper Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems, ensuring a tailored approach to care.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions, continually assessing progress and adapting strategies as needed.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and support client-centered approaches.
\n
• Facilitating crisis intervention and safety planning to address immediate needs while promoting long-term resilience and growth.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for client management.

• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that provide additional resources and learning opportunities for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals facing significant life transitions, particularly those in hospice care requiring both emotional and psychological support. You will engage with clients and their families during sensitive times, addressing mental health challenges related to grief, loss, and end-of-life issues. Your work will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and promoting a dignified and peaceful transition.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably in hospice or palliative care environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
