Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing best practices to address a variety of behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning difficulties.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.

• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based interventions and legislative changes in the field of mental health to enhance your clinical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management, receive feedback, and enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Proven ability to triage tasks and manage high caseload volumes without compromising the quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
