Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each student's mental health status, strengths, needs, and concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address diverse mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, educators, school counselors, and family members to foster integrated care pathways and ensure the well-being of each student.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities that align with each student's unique situation and engagement level.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with the student and treatment team, emphasizing student goals and preferences for a student-centered approach.

• Assist students and their families in navigating the complexities of the mental health care system, advocating for their rights, and ensuring access to necessary resources.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions, therapeutic group discussions, and discharge planning meetings, ensuring that families are engaged in the treatment process.

• Monitor progress, conduct reassessments, and modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations to meet evolving student needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
