Work Environment\n

This full-time position is executed remotely, allowing you to engage with clients, families, and educational staff through video calls, phone consultations, and innovative collaboration platforms. You will have the flexibility to schedule sessions that best fit your clients' needs while adhering to core working hours, typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional well-being as well as social and mental health factors.

• Collaborate with students and their families to create personalized care plans that align with their needs and aspirations, emphasizing strengths and resources available within the school environment.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, helping students navigate personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a community of support among peers dealing with similar issues.

• Advocate for students’ rights within the school and provide resources to ensure access to necessary services and support systems.

• Engage with teachers, school administrators, and community resources to foster a comprehensive support network for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing mental health support to students across various age groups, from elementary through high school. This population presents a diverse array of challenges, including but not limited to social adjustment issues, emotional distress, and the impacts of family dynamics. Your work will be instrumental in enabling these students to overcome barriers to their educational success and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
