Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status of students, identify their concerns, and understand their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear goals and interventions aligned with each student's needs.

• Facilitate connections with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to ensure coordinated and effective treatment plans for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed, ensuring a supportive and responsive environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that address academic stress, social challenges, and other relevant topics affecting students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse client population of students ranging from elementary to high school. You will engage with children, adolescents, and their families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including academic stress, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Your work will be instrumental in building resilience and promoting mental health awareness among young individuals, therefore fostering healthier school environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
