Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources for treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and frequently update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessment and the development of safety plans tailored to client situations.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are current and comprehensive.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and peer support groups to promote shared experiences and recovery strategies among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment approaches, ensuring that all aspects of care are integrated and aligned.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
