Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our organization, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide care that is individualized according to client needs and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and relevant legal standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach and enhance patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to ensure high standards of care and professional development.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
