Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will take on diverse responsibilities that directly contribute to the well-being and treatment of our clients:

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of records.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.

• Engage regularly in case consultations and peer review sessions to promote the sharing of insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

• Accumulate a minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience\n
