Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' psychological and emotional needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, to facilitate patient recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and other therapists, to ensure integrated care.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health issues and recovery strategies.

• Stay informed about current research and developments in mental health to enhance treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our Detox Center, you will work primarily with individuals navigating the complexities of substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Our diverse client population includes adults of varying backgrounds, with unique experiences that inform their treatment needs. You will be instrumental in helping them achieve sustainable recovery through personalized care and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and other therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
