Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindfully Life Counseling Center, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions, including:

• Developing tailored treatment plans grounded in the latest evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate effective treatment interventions.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care quality through shared insights.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
