Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement effective therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and interventions in line with best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with a comprehensive treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Manage crisis situations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety planning when necessary.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance clients' coping skills and promote community.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all sessions and client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Solace Sanctuary Counseling, you will work predominantly with school-aged youth and their families. Our clientele may present with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Your role is pivotal in instilling hope and providing strategies that support both individual growth and collective family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
