Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both virtual and community settings, utilizing clinically proven techniques to diagnose and treat symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reach shared goals, participating in treatment planning and case reviews.

• Respectfully interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding and integrating their unique traditions and beliefs into the treatment process.

• Nurture a comprehensive understanding of creating and maintaining a safe environment for clients, staying alert to any potentially unsafe situations and ensuring appropriate protocols are followed.

• Deliver individualized therapeutic services, including brief, focused prevention and recovery strategies tailored to enhance client engagement and empowerment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based tools to inform care plans.
\n
• Create and implement personalized integrated care plans, ensuring tangible connections to additional support services when needed.
\n
• Monitor client progress systematically and ensure timely documentation of services rendered, maintaining adherence to organizational policies and standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to urgent needs.

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery effectiveness and broaden the impact of our mental health initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Pathways, you will serve a diverse group of clients from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds who are facing various mental health challenges. Many of our patients experience significant barriers to accessing mental health care and rely on our services for support ranging from crisis stabilization to ongoing therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a prerequisite to apply for this position.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is mandatory for practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with a focus on building client rapport and trust.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and create effective treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
