Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments of new clients to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to create integrated care plans for clients.

• Assist clients in navigating complex life transitions and systemic challenges by providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment updates promptly through our streamlined electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure efficient continuity of care.

• Participate in peer consultation groups and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and foster teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, grief, and chronic stress. Many clients come from underserved communities and may require assistance in coping with systemic inequities or challenging life circumstances. Your role will be instrumental in helping them achieve meaningful healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active California LCSW license. Associate Social Workers are welcome to apply for supervised positions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package for full-time employees.
