Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions that foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• Provide psychotherapy services utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other strategies, adapting your approach to effectively meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects treatment plans, interventions, and progress.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, advocating for a collaborative approach to care that enhances client outcomes and promotes team learning.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources essential for their growth and recovery.

• Stay informed on current research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new insights into your practice to continuously enhance service effectiveness.

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals facing diverse mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.
