Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' emotional and relational challenges, formulating tailored treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals—psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists—to ensure a cohesive approach in treatment and support services.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and necessary updates while adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in training workshops to stay informed about current best practices and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will support a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families facing a multitude of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, marital problems, and parenting challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
