Work Environment\n

This position is structured around a remote work setting, designed to offer flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will be collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to patient-centered approaches in a respectful and affirming environment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a variety of formats including face-to-face, telehealth, or hybrid models to meet client needs.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and craft tailored treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), ensuring that approaches are customized to individual circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative patient care by working closely with case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists to provide coordinated services.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA, BBS, and DMH standards.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision, peer consultation groups, and ongoing professional development training to continually enhance your skills and clinical practice.

• Foster a supportive clinic culture that emphasizes clinician well-being, creativity, and mutual respect, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LMFT license in California is mandatory; applicants must not be associate registrants and must hold a full license.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, or private practice settings is required.

• A robust understanding of family systems, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practices is essential for effective therapy.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including active engagement with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, will position you well within our clinic's mission.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation standards are preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The offered salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
