Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and identify underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate effective individual, couple, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, measuring client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, connecting clients to external resources or emergency services swiftly.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Texas state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide-ranging patient demographic, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health conditions. Our clients seek guidance for relational conflicts, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Background in trauma-informed care and familiarity with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Previous involvement in case management, collaborating with community resources for integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
