Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through interviews, observations, and standardized tools, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
