Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions for each client, ensuring that care is tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, school officials, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accountability and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of youth and their families dealing with a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues associated with school environments. You will leverage your skills to build rapport and create a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and work toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
