Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school staff, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate mental health concerns.
\n
• Facilitate educational workshops and support groups for parents and educators to foster understanding and address broader community mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring timely updates to treatment records.

• Participate in professional development activities and team meetings to share insights, align on treatment approaches, and continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse school-based population, including students experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will also engage with families, helping them navigate their children's mental health needs, thereby promoting a supportive network for optimal recovery and development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
