Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses using standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to craft tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Continuously monitor patient progress through regular feedback sessions and utilize established clinical interventions to support improved mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and all clinical activities, adhering strictly to industry regulations and internal policies.

• Partner with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring these plans reflect their unique requirements and desired outcomes while prioritizing cultural sensitivity.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and external referral sources to facilitate patient access to necessary support services and resources.

• Mentor students and interns, providing guidance and support in clinical practices, and engage in peer reviews and collaborative discussions with fellow clinicians.

• Implement strategies for patient safety and symptom management, anticipating potential challenges during treatment processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
