Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.

• Implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions while engaging clients in therapeutic conversations that foster insight, self-acceptance, and personal development.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to develop coordinated care strategies, ensuring all professionals involved in a client's treatment are aligned on goals and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
