Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Astor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices in solution-based therapeutic interventions.

• Implementing evidence-based psychotherapeutic strategies that are tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychologists, counselors, and educational staff to ensure integrated care delivery.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve care quality.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them to understand and manage mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on youth within the school environment, contributing to their mental health education and therapy. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy.
