Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health concerns of students, utilizing validated diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices, focusing on each student's unique needs and family dynamics.

• Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques, ensuring each session is tailored to the client's preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, promoting confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and educational staff, to ensure an integrated approach to student care, including participation in interdisciplinary meetings.

• Providing educational workshops and resources to families, helping them understand mental health issues and available community support.

• Staying informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to continually enhance your clinical skills and the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who present with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with diverse populations and engage families in the therapeutic process, ensuring culturally competent and respectful care for all clients. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, particularly within school or mental health settings.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
