Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to determine their specific mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support students in developing coping strategies and enhancing their social-emotional skills.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear goals and measurable outcomes based on their individual circumstances.

• Monitor client progress through consistent follow-up, adjusting therapeutic interventions and treatment plans as needed to ensure efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
